FlangeForge manufactures forged flanges in the Dingxiang forging cluster in Xinzhou, Shanxi, China. Since 1993 this plant has combined forging, heat treatment, and machining, with about 1.7 million qualified flanges a year. Forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, dimensional inspection, and packing are completed in-house.

FlangeForge manufactures forged flanges in the Dingxiang forging cluster in Xinzhou, Shanxi, China. Since 1993 this plant has combined forging, heat treatment, and machining, with about 1.7 million qualified flanges a year. Forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, dimensional inspection, and packing are completed in-house.
We supply weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, and other custom flanges to ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47. Materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel for oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, and water projects.
Machining stays in-house. Flanges are inspected before shipment and can be supplied with a material test report. We manufacture to published standards and to your drawing, in small or large batches, and reply within 24 working hours.
