Which standards can the flanges be made to?
ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47 are the usual pipe-flange standards. We also make flanges to DIN and GB when the inquiry or drawing says so. Forgings can follow NB/T 47008, NB/T 47009, and NB/T 47010. Weld neck flanges
Do you forge and machine in your own plant?
Yes. Forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, inspection, and packing are done at our plant in Shanxi.
Product and material
Which carbon steel grades do you supply?
A105, Q235, and Q355. Grades 20 and 16Mn are also available when the order names them.
Which stainless steel grades do you supply?
304, 304L, 316, and 316L. S30408 and S31603 are available when the order uses those designations. Stainless steel flanges
Which alloy steel grades do you supply?
A182-F11 and A182-F22. Any other alloy grade is confirmed against the drawing.
What pressure classes and sizes can you make?
ASME flanges from Class 150 to Class 2500. PN orders from PN 0.25 to PN 25. Nominal sizes from DN15 to DN3000.
Can you make a non-standard flange from a drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with the material, quantity, and any inspection requirement. Blind flanges
Order and MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard sizes can be ordered in small batches. For a non-standard flange, the minimum depends on the machining cost and is confirmed with the quotation. Flange catalog
Can I buy a sample first?
Yes. The sample fee and freight are charged separately. Part of the sample fee can be refunded on a later bulk order.
Quality
What inspection is included, and can a third party attend?
Dimensions and appearance are checked before shipment. A material test report can be supplied. Third-party inspection is accepted.
Delivery
What is the lead time?
Standard orders are usually 7 to 15 working days. Large sizes and non-standard flanges are confirmed when we quote. Slip-on flanges
How do you ship?
By sea, air, or courier. We can also hand the goods to the forwarder you name.

What do you need in order to quote?
