Socket Weld Flange
A socket weld flange takes the pipe into a recessed socket and is fillet welded on the outside. Buyers also call this an SW flange.
Socket weld flanges are commonly supplied at 3000LB for small-bore lines, and to an ASME B16.5 class when the order names one. Materials cover carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. Sizes start at DN15. Export shipments can leave FOB Tianjin.
